ABOUT JEMIMA SARA
Jemima Sara (b. 1997) is a London-based artist whose work merges diaristic text, painting, drawing and occasionally installation.
Currently studying MA Painting at the Royal College of Art (2026/27), Jemima previously completed an MA Fine Art: Drawing at Camberwell, UAL (2021), following her BA (Hons) in Puppetry: Performance and Design at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (2018).
Ingram Prize finalist (2024), Jemima transforms raw inner monologues into expressive visual narratives. Known for her “martini ladies”, toilet installations and spontaneous ink text, her work reflects on vulnerability, visibility and self-reflection.
